From the owner Michael,
I started this business because I wanted to reduce the wait time for patients who are experiencing a mental health crisis by providing timely transportation to enable them to receive mental health services sooner. Since then the business has grown and in addition to our secure transport services we are also offering other uniformed services for a wider base of clients.

Michael Hill
Owner
Michael Hill, Jr. Owner of M.M.D. Security and the Primary Driver. He started M.M.D. Security, LLC in 2021 because of his desire to decrease wait time for those in mental health crisis. He has 8 years of experience in law enforcement and helping people get the care they need is important to Michael. In his free time, Michael loves to fish and spend time with his family.
Lori Train
Director of Operations
Lori Train is the Director of Operations. She started with M.M.D. Security in 2021. She works behind the scenes dispatching, completing paperwork, and occasionally answering the phone. She is also a full time high school teacher. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and painting.
Ron
Transport Specialist
Ron Hicks works security fr M.M.D. He has 27 years of experience in law enforcement that includes working as a Correcctions Officer, Corrections Counselor, Civil Rights Investigator, and International Police Liaison Officer. He is also currently a Consultant for the American Correctional Association. He has also previously served as the President of the Kansas Correctional Association. Ron also has nearly two years of experience in private security. In his free time, Ron enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Dave
Transport Specialist
Dave Dozier is the Secondary Driver. Dave retired from the Air Force as a Major after serving 25 years as Military Police. He later retired from the Sheriff’s Department after ten years, nine of those ten years were spent transporting. In his free time, Dave enjoys playing pool and spending time with his family. Dave has been with M.M.D. Security since 2022.
